Waited soooo long

With such little to be very happy about.

I might as well just use your web site if I have to type in customer number and WAC every time. At least the website allows me full function and more than 10 transaction views.

The idea of a banking app has got to be so that it is easier to access your banking and navigate and do banking more easily on a portable device more than going to the web site. Honestly, this app does not achieve that - the first step of requiring a customer number PLUS WAC proves that. The rest is not easy either. A bit glitchy with non smooth flowing scrolling - it jutters really bad as you scroll up and down. You can only see back the last 10 transaction in any account! Why cant we see the last months or many months worth? When logging out it makes you put in your Customer number every time plus your web access key. Please allow it to hold the customer number for next time I go in - like anz's app. That way I only need to put in my web access key. And give it a keypad with numbers on it. Otherwise every time I press in that area I have to then press the 123 key on my iPhone keyboard to bring up the numbers. Again an extra step! Look at the anz app for an example of how this should be done. Really low grade app

Still needs work

Thanks for the update! It's very useful being able to go back a month in the transaction list now. It would be great though if the app's resolution were adjusted for iPhone 6 and 6 Plus screen sizes though, and an Apple Watch companion app like those offered by the big banks would be very much appreciated. Also, this app needs to be refreshed constantly in the multitasking area due to "low memory available". This has happened even after reinstalling numerous times on different iPhones that I've had running different versions of iOS. The problem has been around forever.

CUA is great but the app is average

Since the latest update occasionally when I load the Offers page it takes a long time to load (over 5 seconds) and sometimes gives an error that my device is low on memory - the error isn't unusual with the app but it's new that it displays on the Offers page. There is also a random little blue line beneath the offer and the tile isn't centred. Personally I'd use a higher res image for the offer since this one is badly pixelated. I'll be generous with 4 stars because I like you.
