Relaxation that really works!
Andrew Johnson’s guided meditation and relaxation apps are all amazing. At first I found his voice quite comical due to the Irish/Scottish lilt, kind of like having a cross between Billy Connelly and Mrs Doubtfire do meditation! However, this quickly becomes an advantage as his voice is very comforting. The deep sleep app is my favorite and I use it practically every night. The more you use it the better it works. I even have my whole family using the apps now. My mum likes to joke that she enjoys having a “threesome” with Andrew as both of my parents listen to it as they’re going to sleep! Can’t recommend highly enough!! Lol
It actually works.
Strange at first. Seems silly listening to it, but it does actually put you to sleep. Never have I stayed awake long enough to hear the whole thing.
Not for me
Tried it tonight. Voice and dialect is not relaxing and this Christmas kinda music in the background is very annoying. Otherwise it’s just a cheap copy of the “sleep well” app because almost every word is the same. Little functions and cheap design. Wouldn’t recommend at all! Deleted same day
