Drone mobile has been a nightmare to deal with and plagued with issues since first day of purchase in August of 2017. I have helplessly tried contacting the retailer and drone mobile (Bryan Park) for a resolution or compensation for my issues to no avail with emails constantly going nowhere. Last email from Bryan was 1 week ago with my subscription ending next week absolutely terrible customer service. Would not recommend their products to anyone!!
We apologize for the issues you have been experiencing. The issues you are experiencing are not related to the app and its functionality. It is related to carrier network issues in your area. We are working on a resolution but have no ETA at this time. Again, we are sorry for the inconvenience.
Expensive annual subscription, poor support service only communication by emails.
We have been experiencing technical connectivity issue for long time and support has reported that is due to network around the area.
Not when it’s been poor connections for months and months. Vehicle is always moving and there is no reason why drone should address this issue with the cell carrier direct, as the SIM card is supplied by their dealer and it is their responsible to ensure that services does work as they are charging you annual subscription fee.
We have multiple units and we feel that we are not getting the service and connectivity we suppose to get for the subscription and we demanded a refund of the subscription and request was ignored.
We believe the problem rely on the drone unit DR3300 itself that is capable only to work on 2G network towers, they are now improving to 3G capable drone, but only willing to issue one if there is fresh subscription. They should always issue their upgraded drones to any customers that has the older drone, as this will retain and the subscription or business with them!
Anyway, I have ask one for mine as I just renewed my subscription and guess what have not heard back from them or neither receive the upgraded unit they promised.
I can honestly say how and what I have experienced with drone mobile. For some of you that only using it as remote start features and etc, yes they have cool functions but I dont think they are looking after they existing customers that well and their support service is poor.

Works good, areas for improvement
When it works, works fantastic. Can have connectivity issues, which can result in slow notifications (30sec plus) or no contact from app to vehicle - as happened today for 8 hours, despite sitting less than 50m from car.
May benefit from iPhone app to device Bluetooth connectivity as an alternative.
Definitely needs to have an option in settings to override iPhone "do not disturb" function, otherwise - what's the point????
Up to six family members will be able to use this app with Family Sharing enabled.
