Australian Calorie counter

Great app because it's Australian and has all the Australian brands. The barcode scan makes it easier. It would be better if it synced up with fitness apps so that the exercise data could come straight from them instead of being manually entered.
On the subject on the most recent update, for those who can't seem to delete items, that is because you now swipe the item to the left to delete like a lot of other apps and functionality in iOS. One little glitch (which doesn't really affect anything). When you use the new plus to add items to breakfast lunch or dinner, the app always says "adding item to breakfast". Still adds it to the correct meal.

Perfection

I've been using this app for some time and find it very useful. It has a lot more search criteria then other apps and allows users to add and change and upload new items when necessary.

Next update it would be great if the user can scan the barcode and it recognises more items, such as organic foods and oils etc. Also making it faster to insert the dietary guidelines in by taking a photo and the app registering each section and inputting it for you, would be a lot quicker and more user friendly. Another option can be sending data directly to the app makers and they input new items and guidelines ;)

INCREDIBLE - can do with some tweaks

I use this app to track my calories for weight loss everyday. A downside I had with it was that the generated calories for weight loss it gave me was incorrect (1,700) as I found this was the amount to MAINTAIN my weight rather than lose it, therefore I wasn't losing any weight. Adjusted it to ($1,200) and now I'm losing 0.5kg per week. I suggest researching online and imputing that information elsewhere to find out how many calories you personally need to either maintain your weight, put it on or lose it.

I love how the app lets you scan barcodes, super handy especially since it recognises products from Australian stores. There should be a function that lets you scan the barcode of an item and it inputs the information itself for products it doesn't recognise.

I also dislike how you can no longer collapse the sections and all items are on the diary screen, gets a little cluttered.

The drinks and snacks section should be two separate categories.
