No Privacy Policy
You’re unable to navigate the app to see how it works without adding your credit card details. There is a “try without setting up” option but all this does is display a list of available sites - you can’t even drill down into them and see what features the car wash has without inserting your credit card details. This would be fine, if there was an accessible privacy policy contained in the App, on the App Store itself or via the link to the developers privacy policy page on their website (as this just points to a parked domain). That’s not something I’m handing over until you can tell me how you’ll be storing and using it, especially when other reviews say the app never works anyhow.
Totally agree with other review - they ask for credit card info
What a strange app! They ask for an email address and a credit card, with no privacy policy. Not a chance I’m handing that info over without further information on how the data is stored or what is done with it.
I don’t really want to go through the process of cancelling my credit card or disputing charges for the sake of a free car wash…
Lack of payment options
I refuse to use an App that pushes me to save my CC details. If you’re confident in your service and App include PayPal option I’m happy to pay little extra on top. Gives me peace of mind and protection against charges if/when car wash doesn’t work.
