Entrain is a mobile application that uses your lighting history, activity, and heart rate to recommend schedules of light and dark. These schedules are able to shift a model of the circadian clock to a new time zone as quickly as possible. Users can opt-in to share their data with the University of Michigan for research purposes.

Full of glitches, don’t bother.
It freezes on one page. The only way to fix this appears to be deleting the ap and starting over.
Impossible to use
Literally impossible to use while traveling. If you do attempt this app try setting it before you depart. That might help.
