eRx Express allows you to scan the QR or barcode code on your original or repeat script and submit a script to a pharmacy, choosing a convenient day and time to collect your medication.
Script reminder functionality is now also part of the eRx Express app. When you order a prescription that has repeats, you can choose to have your favourite pharmacy send you a free reminder to reorder your next prescription.

What's New in Version 1.6.3
- Bug fix for iOS7
Interesting attempt - but major fail
How hard is it to look at what pharmacists do and then build an appropriate app. Too hard clearly. If you aren't leveraging what the pharmacists have in front of them all day it will never work. This product was clearly rushed to market and does not work. The pharmacist is basically never notified of the order, you get there and the pharmacist goes and looks at a system in the corner which he barely knows how to use. Time for a rethink guys. Users need to be notified of the pharmacy process status at a minimum. Try again.
Pharmacy don't get notified
A good idea, but my pharmacy never receive a notification that a script has arrived. Either the staff have to look at the screen every few minutes, or I have to wait for the script to be made up.
Lots of niggly issues
Let me start by saying the app DOES work, however there are lots of errors and bugs I've come across.
Firstly, the app doesn't always remember my favourite chemist requiring me to resell it to continue.
Next, I have a list of previous scripts that I can't seem to delete. I select cancel but their listing persists even after shutting and restarting app.
Another problem is that when I select an existing script in "reminders", the app just bombs and closes. This happens EVERY time I try this.
Finally, it would be good if the app was updated to a format that works nicely on iPads as well as iPhones.
