There are two parts to the app:
1. HSC study cards
• There are 121 study cards to revise.
• All the Core topics (Maintaining a Balance; Blueprint of Life; The Search for Better Health) and the most popular Option topics (Communication; Genetics: The Code Broken?; The Human Story) are covered.
• Special revision features include:
- bookmarks—you can bookmark each card with a green, yellow or red bookmark depending on how well you know each card
- revision notes—you can type in your own revision notes to customise your revision for each card or topic.
2. Quick Quiz
• There are 197 questions in total.
• You can take a randomly generated quick quiz of 10 questions from the Core or Option topic of your choice, or from the Core topics combined.
• Each question in the quiz is marked instantly for you, with the correct answer highlighted so you can learn from your mistakes.
• You are given a score out of ten and your percentage mark at the end of each quiz.
• You are also given a comprehensive summary of all your results for each topic including your percentage improvement, which helps you keep track of your progress.
• You can take the quizzes as many times as you like until you get the consistently high percentage score you want.

An alright overview of the syllabus, although content is not covered under the dot points or totally in order of the syllabus. The only features of the app are revision cards, note taking ability and the ten question quiz for each topic. I would have thought that Excel, knowing what it does about efficient study techniques etc would have included an audio option, flash cards, and other effective learning tools. Overall I'd give the app 3/5 stars, good luck in your HSC!

It's great for quick review. I love the multiple choice to measure your progress. It would be better if it listed the actual syllabus dot point in order
NEEDS TO BE BETTER ON IPAD
you have to expland it to twice it's size when viewing on an iPad, which is a rip-off considering the price. Please improve the application so I, and the rest of the iPad owners, can study without having to battle pixilation and the inner turmoil, gained as a result of wasting our money.
