Ratings and Reviews
Not as good as previous editions
Have been a user and supporter of the app for years and paid and updated to the new rules.
Not at clear as in the past and also not as easy to find situations or options.
Currently not worth the $22 upgrade as the R&A version explains clearer the rules and options.
Some rules don’t even have the correct options.
Eg the OOB rule isn’t correct. It states you only have 1 option and that is to go back to where you played your last shot from?? No drop on fairway at point where ball crossed the OOB marker and 2 shot penalty etc .... wondering what else isn’t correct!

The app costs $14.99 and not $22 as you mentioned. If you paid more, please contact Apple customer service for a refund.
Also please rest assured that we pay utmost attention to providing accurate information on the rules. Therefore the app has been checked many times and we can guarantee that its content is correct.
The rule which you mention regarding out of bounds is an optional local rule. Our app covers the official rules valid for the entire world, but it doesn't take into account any local rules. Please look out for special local rules at each course you play by checking the back of the score card or the notice board.

Rip Off
A total waste of money. Do not buy this App. The range of rules are limited and some rules are incorrect. There has never been an up-date since the App was purchased. I have now deleted the App. No doubt the developers had a good joke taking my cash and not fulfilling their contract.

I just bought this January 2019 and it hasn’t updated to the new rules. Don’t waste your money like me

As stated in the description text in the App Store, for technical reasons, the current version of the app still displays the rules 2016-2018. We are currently working day and night on the update and the new 2019 rules will be added very shortly. This update will be free of charge for all users who purchased the app on or after 1st September 2018. We hope this solution meets with your approval and please accept our apologies for the delay.
If you do not wish to wait for the update you can, of course, return the app. In this case please contact Apple customer service.
