Admittedly I don't use Facebook much, I only got the app in order to effectively communicate with my work and friends. It was glitchy from the start and would shut down randomly- annoying but I could deal with it. Then later it started not updating conversations and it was as if no one had posted anything (which they had) and only the next day did it load all the messages. Hoping for a fix or at least something a tad better I updated the app. Now, no messages will load at all and this is unaided by the continued "trying to connect" "connected" messages that change to the other every second. This app has gotten worse with the update and I hope these (at least some of them) will be fixed soon.
Why did you do this
I don't know if this is some kind of glitch but now as soon as I get a new message it takes me automatically over to that conversation. It's so frustrating I was trying to write a long message to another friend when it kept switching me back to another conversation it took me so long to write a small paragraph because of this. If you want this as a setting please put in an option to turn it off or take it out all together...
I had a non Facebook friend that I was messaging, and a gif I had sent kept popping up saying it was sending - several days later. It was prompting that person that I wanted to msg them again, and again. The gif still appears to have not been sent.
