Better
It's easy to give this app a good review because it is good. If you want an iOS browser that really syncs with your desktop this is it. So easy to find and read open tabs,history and bookmarks. I really have given the other top three alternatives a fair go and this is the best. This browser really does save your passwords and keeps them in an easy to access list for editing or removal. If you already use Firefox for OSX you will love it's simple integration with the iOS version. Much improved from previous versions I'm glad I gave it another try.

Shame on Apple and Mozilla
This is not Firefox in any way, shape, or form, bar name and organisation. In fact, it is antithetical to the very idea of Firefox and extensions, and, quite appropriately for Apple, gives the guise of choice and privacy, when this is not at all the case. The curated thought-friendly “extensions” are an abysmal fraction of the available ecosystem made by developers, and provides no access to any tools that prevent third party snooping, blocking, or anything that stops Apple from extracting its value from you. Additionally, the studies and telemetry options that exist in the significantly trimmed down settings menu, have flipped themselves back to transmitting data without ny input. Programming error, I’m sure- just like all those other privacy invasions that benefit the people who made the “error”. As a hollow shell of itself as an app, within a trash walled garden ecosystem, the developers should be ashamed of themselves for allowing this kind of sacrifice to the principles of the browser and open internet, and to the organisation itself, for bending the knee once again, and entrenching this kind of anti-people technology.
Buggy and Poor UX on latest update
There wasn’t really any need to change in the first place but the latest build is very buggy regardless of the design changes.
Night mode simply doesn’t work, it will continuously revert back to day mode, and to get it working again I have to turn night mode off then back on.
Opening new tabs and navigating between tabs is waaaayyyy too snappy. It feels extremely jarring and isn’t smooth like it was in previous builds. Also having the tab view pop up in a ‘card’ style layout with the tab options at the top makes very little sense. Not sure who approved this design change.
This latest build feels like a step towards safari which is odd. I may have to start using chrome or another browser if Firefox are going to make unnecessary changes that only cause issues, when the app was fully functional without issues before.
