By combining skilled and caring people with easy to use technology, we put individuals and their families in control of their care and support. The Five Good Friends app lets you know who is in the home, what services have been provided and connect directly with your Community Manager and Helpers.
For Members, authorised family and friends the app:
- Displays your fortnightly schedule of help
- Provides pictures, names and contact details of your helpers
- Shows you which of your Helpers are in the home and when they checked in and out
- Enables you to change your schedule by contacting your Helpers and Community Manager directly
For Helpers the app provides:
- Your fortnightly schedule
- Details of the Members you are helping
- Ability to check in so the family know you are delivering your wonderful care and support
- Ability to check out and generate your invoice to the Member
- Ability to give instant feedback about the visit to your Community Manager
- Add, edit and cancel visits at the Members and Authorised Representatives request or approval

- Helpers can add, edit and cancel visits on behalf of Members and Authorised Representatives they are helping
Up to six family members will be able to use this app with Family Sharing enabled.
