Just updated app. Saying no internet available. Deleted and reinstalled. Saying no internet available.
It would also be great if when watching the shows (that have already aired) I didn’t have to sit through ads. I know you can forward through them (sometimes) however I pay a huge monthly fee plus my data - so I don’t have to watch ads!
Would also be a great idea if Foxtel could intuitively know when to start a show from - where you left off. Not start at the beginning again.
Second star because I was born when you had to get up and change the channel on the TV for your parents and we had a test pattern, so given that this is amazing!

It could be a lot better


It’s easy an easy to use lay out. That’s all I’ll give you. Seriously, not being able to cast a show from your mobile to your tv is stupid. We pay SO much for Foxtel. Our modem can only be set up in a different room to our box so we can connect a cord to it, therefore we’re unable to access demand, which is part of our package. We can access it on our phone but who wants to watch shows on a tiny screen?? Either make your boxes WiFi compatible or give us the option to open demand on our phones then cast it to our TV.


Disrespectful of subscribers


In which universe does Foxtel think this is a useable app, continuing to promote it? As a long term subscriber, the app continues to have drop outs, that awful "we are experiencing technical issues" message and is unreliable. Every time I open it I don't know if it will work. Just applied the latest update to my iPod - the app then opens but then stops, returning to my home screen. Deleted and reinstalled the app. Same problem. I am happy to pay for data when using the app but Foxtel should credit me for regular reinstalls. Or at least pay some tax in Australia!!!
