Ratings and Reviews
I updated my app yesterday just after using it's app (go ride) with no problem. But just after that I can no longer open the app, it keeps crashing all the time whenever I try to get into it. So I just leave it like that and then I decided to restart my iPhone just to make sure that it wasn't the app, but it still the same. So that I deleted the app and then download it again but I just can't get into it. It keeps crashing every single time, why? Please help, thanks
No Customer Service Assistance
My GO-JEK customer app has suddenly been blocked. Every time I would like to make a GoFood order, a notice appear for me to contact customer service. And every time I contact customer service they only say that they will make a report to the technical team and they don’t know what’s wrong or why my account have been blocked. Its been blocked for 10 days now. And for every order of GoFood or GoShop I have always pay in cash for the last year. Please improve your customer service as they cannot provide any answer nor assistance.
Freaking lame GPS
The app GPS accuracy is freaking frustrating, i cannot pinpoint my driver’s location, only a very vague estimation, and it won’t move (the driver position) until it finally reach the passenger. Most of the time, when the drivers are unable to reply or pick up the phone when they are driving (rightly so), i don’t know whether they are actually 5km away while the app constantly show that they are merely 200m away, or they are actually less than 100 meters away while the app shows that they are 5 km away. Fixed it please!
