BEST GAME YET
It is an amazing strategic app that is fun to play, from battling villages as your Gods and Defending you own village as archers and barbarians. You can find monuments of different Gods, visit mount Olympus to purchase Gods and in your villages you can build temples and houses for you Gods. There is no building time and to battle you only need nectar which is easy to collect. When you get attacked you don’t loose anything, in fact you get paid. You can battle straight after another battle you have done already because you don’t have to wait on health. So I give this app a five star rating
Pleasantly Surprised...
So I’m early days (hours) in this game, BUT I can already tell it’s going to be a winner! Firstly, there’s no building times! What an absolute joy! All you need is the correct amount of stone, which is easy AND fun to obtain in battle. Second, destroying trees and rocks to make room to build, actually GIVES you resources and is also instant. You can do this as many times as you like as well (don’t need to build any equipment to destroy). Third, you can raid and be raided, however you DON’T LOSE any resources! Puts an end to the daily grind these types of games usually possess, finally! Fourth, there is no energy system (I courtesy to the devs), which again, adds to the enjoyment and longevity of this game. The reason I have not rated this game 5 stars is that the world graphics are pretty, but could be so much prettier. The gods look cool and cartoony in their profile but on the field not so much! Also the price of gods could be a tad lower to start with (jumps from 500 to 75, 000!), but overall I’m impressed! Look forward to more updates and well done to the devs!
Personal opinion
I have been playing this game for quite a while now, in fact I’d go as far as to say that I am devoted to this game. I’ve never seen anything like it before! The zero build time, the battle interaction, the feeling of suspense at the beginning of a battle, it’s fantastic! It’s truly an amazing game.
I rated it four stars because the Gods look a little bit goofy in battle, their movements are jerky and robotic, that’s the only thing I think needs to be changed.
Also, I think there need to be more Gods/ Goddesses added to the game like Demeter, Persephone or Dionysus, they would be great additions to the game. Of course these are but a few of what could be added, but overall a great game. I hope to see them in the next update.
