Subscription lost
Can't restore active subscription. Renders the app useless...
OK, thanks, I can now download issues again (added another star to my review) but very disappointing typography, styling and layout in the new version. Seems to have gone from a stylish magazine to a 1990's web layout. Not at all reflective of the previous high quality production standard and values. It basically looks like a bare bones browser 'Reader View' from Safari – and even that has better typography and styling. If its to facilitate the new phone version, maybe consider two versions rather than a dumbed down phone version on the iPad?

Appalled!
I have been a subscriber of GQ Australia for a number of years only now to discover they are changing their platform to focus on media in the Socials. My subscription was paid until Jun 21 and there is no indication that a refund will be paid for the outstanding issues that we are no longer going to receive. As well I cannot download the remaining issue for Nov/Dec because the app is faulty, let alone recover all of the issues I previously purchased! I am disgusted.
Subscription lost
I have had a subscription for a number of years and have been trying to download the latest issue (Jan/Feb 21).
It seems that GQ Australia is now no longer available through the app. This is really disappointing as I have paid for a year subscription and have only received one issue.
I am more disappointed that there has been no communication as to what is happening with the subscription.
