The apps's back, tell a friend!
First things first... I want y'all to know that we listen and care when you have issues. We love your feedback and act on it. Here's how we tell you about it. Enter, stage left, the release notes...
So what did y'all sook about previously? Well mostly stuff that we'd not got quite right.
Like locations on the old home screen. Yes, "old home screen" a new one is inbound in this version. :-D
You now see your 5 closest locations, you can select one of them and then reorder.
Booyah, get your favourites quicker than a sneeze through a screen door.
Along with this we try and make it super dooper, really clear which store you're ordering from.
The new homescreen comes packed fuller than a clown car with new stuff - Like seeing your points progress, details of any rewards (like the free burrito) you may have, and you better believe we'll be ramping those rewards up, stay tuned.
A few had headaches with the barcode ghosting on them like a tinder date the day after, so we've got a wee little button to refresh it if the barcode image makes like the last little piggy.
We also heard reports of issues with number verification SMS's reaching some people so we've updated code in the app to handle that better. A frustrating one because it stopped some users from registering (and getting that mucho bueno free burrito)
Have you heard about the new flour tortillas for tacos and quesadillas? Softer than your mum's loving embrace. Try them in the app now.
Vegans can I get a holla? Swap cheese for our vegan Mex Chimi Mayo (which is the bees knees, shins and all of their little beey feetsies too). Mex Chimi Mayo has been slathered liberally across the menu on just about every product as an extra option as well.
Other menu changes include new juices, iced teas and changes to our fries seasoning. Noice.
There's also a stack of nerd stuff under the hood to help out the dev team if something goes splort.

* The customer support team does not in fact consist of giant sentient ears. They have very lovely, shapely and attractive ears that are in perfect proportion to their lovely, shapely and attractive heads.
Ratings and Reviews
App does not work
As per previous comment on here by another customer, neither my husband or I could redeem the free Burrito on the App and when we went to the store they were pretty rude and said they couldn’t help us. They also mentioned a few people had issues with the app.
I have contacted your support who basically said there are no app issues and it must be my server. How come I can get onto other pages if I have an issue with my server? I have also uninstalled and reinstalled the app and tried it a few times since and still the same issue - I can place my order but when I go to pay is when the error is occurring.
Your customer service told me that the app should be working but it’s not and they will not even send me vouchers or something instead so I can redeem the offer. It’s not like I am a first time customer but after the service I have received from your store and support staff, I will not be coming back.
I am whelmed
Like a lot of others I find the app good enough but somewhat perplexing, for example, you can't order breakfast items in it when you're purchasing from a store that does breakfast? It seems as though you can't tweak your order in the app half as much as you can in store. I'm not quite sure how they've made the app so difficult to use when it should be so simple, another example, you can't request half the rice in your burrito and more beans instead.
The experience needs to be in line with going in store to order, otherwise what's the point?

I’m not sure what issues everyone else is having but I tried and it was successful. It doesn’t technically give you a burrito but like $11 something off your order. I’m using an iPhone 6s. Ordering is easy and if your like me it’s easy to adjust what’s in your food and alter it. Don’t complain to the store they are the retail side. Check your updates and like the website advises, it is only available at selected stores. Love this place it 5 stars from me.
