Thank you so much for making this app and for doing the IBS program over Skype. I wanted to tell everyone that I have had IBS for nearly 6 years and had heard about hypnotherapy before but didn’t have anyone near me who offered it. I was so excited when I found the app and I think it’s great. I did the IBS program at the same time as the app and now I hardly ever have diarrhoea or the pain or cramps. I thought I would have to live with that forever and I can’t believe how quick and easy it was to make nearly all of my symptoms disappear.
For all the doctors and specialists I saw, no one suggested hypnotherapy and I wish they did. I could have felt this good much sooner. I think anyone who has IBS should try the app and the IBS program for sure.
I have been battling digestive complaints for the past 18 months. After seeing a range of doctors and trying a number of different diets to no avail I came across hypnotherapy on Monash University's FODMAP site.
Following more research I was fortunate to have found Michelle White's Happy Inside app. After 5 weeks listening to Michelle's relaxing voice and powerful imaginary and several sessions with Michelle over Skype my symptoms have all but disappeared. I still use her app on a regular basis to relax which I find helpful. I recommend this app to anyone with IBBS.
Beautifully put together
I downloaded this app two days ago and have listened through three of the meditations. The app is beautifully made, has lots of useful information about IBS and the guided meditations are professional and I found them to be effective. Thank you.
