The subscription will automatically renews unless turned off in your iTunes Account Settings at least 24 hours before current period ends. You can go to your iTunes Account settings to manage your subscription and turn off auto-renew. Your iTunes Account will be charged when the purchase is confirmed. If you subscribe before your free trial ends, the rest of your free trial period will be forfeited as soon as your purchase is confirmed.

In this case worth the money

I feel nearly all the negative reviews concentrating too much on the cost side of things.
Whilst the move towards subscription models instead of a fair one off payment for apps is a bit regrettable, this one is really worth the money and you can see the quality and concentration on the correct technique of meditation emphasised from the beginning.
Andy is nothing short of a fantastic mediator.
I have been through a lot of meditation apps over many years and this is the first one that really nails the technique.
To really understand the value of this app you really need to do the first 3 “basics” modules of 10 sessions each - this will require an annual or lifetime purchase - to be truly on your way with stillness meditation training..
Particularly stunning are the twice daily prompts with great anecdotes - reminding one to carry the mindfulness training into the day which is the whole point - and once you set up an account, the amazing “obstacles” explanations of issues along the way under settings (eg regret; sleepiness;under-effort) that I have not seen any other app do properly.
This app could literally save lives in terms of mental health if used daily and correctly.

Best App for increasing consciousness

Have been using this app for the past 3 years and love it. I have tried all the other apps but this is by far the best.

The interface is easy to use, the meditations are brilliant. I’m a psychologist and I can attest Andy has delved very deeply into the inner workings of the mind and is able to explain it in a simple and relatable way. The meditations are deceptively simple but the results are profound. It’s like having a meditation master in your house to help you through life no matter what situation you will be sure to find a pack or single meditation that will suit you situation. Just don’t expect the results over night.

I would highly recommend combining it with journaling or some other creative activity to help explore and gain a greater understanding of what you observe whilst meditating. I give it 5 stars and I have even become a lifetime member 😊🙏🏻
