Suggestions and comments

Have enjoyed using your app and doing the Heart Challenge this year. A couple of suggestions for next time. The ability to jump to your name in the leaderboards so you don’t have to scroll all the way through; sometimes the app updates and goes back to the start again whilst scrolling through. (maybe by touching on your own name at the bottom could take you there?). Secondly, being able to link with friends who are also using the app, so we can have our own challenge leaderboards for extra motivation. I also think some people are cheating to get their numbers up, I have calculated at times that leaders have had to be walking over 20 hours a day regularly to have done the amount of steps they’ve done. I’m sure you’re aware of this though, and trying to make it as robust as possible. Otherwise, thanks. 🙂

Walking app

Very good of you to say update but what the hell are you doing because still when I go to steps it still doesn't work so instead of sending the same automated response how about an explanation of your incompetence instead as a response It's nice to send a response but if you continually send out the same response every time to everybody it doesn't exactly put people at ease in that you'll fix it hire someone that can actually fix it in a timely manner or don't advertise it until you do fix it so people don't download it and get disappointed

I registered ok but it won't let me start the steps your IT people need to be replaced to make way for people who can do the job properly

Enjoying using the App

Just a quick note to say I am really enjoying accumulating my incidental activity and monitoring it with my step count. I know it isn’t 100% accurate, but seeing when you haven’t accumulated many steps is a good motivator for a walk around the block or a reason to ‘walk instead’. Love the banter in the office too! A bit of friendly competition is fun and motivating :)

Great to hear you are enjoying the app! We couldn't agree more the leader board creates healthy competition and encourages all Australians to build up their steps. Thanks HFW
