Patient: Date of birth
The selection of DOB for patients takes forever as you can only move ONE month at a time.
Not great when it starts in 1991 - and I’m over 50yrs. Please develop a better way to add patient DOB
Pathetic App
1. The D.O.B. calendar scrolling function means you literally scroll for ages to get to the required birth date. This function is decades behind other calendar functions! Do not get the option of entering day then it asks for month then for year or shows a calendar that you can input the year and you then complete month and day. Year 11 computer science classes can do better!
2. To enter a DVA number is not possible as the DVA ID is alpha numeric. Only a numeric pad is shown but the functionality to get to the alpha characters is either not there or does not work.
3. In conclusion if this app was designed by a consultant then the client should seriously review the developers app designing capability. Sick or injured people do not need to be stuffed around!
I was skeptical but proved wrong
I downloaded the app and booked a house call doc to come and remove some stitches at 9am this morning (Sunday). I didn’t get a confirmation so I thought it must be BS like some of the other reviews but sure enough in one hour I got a text and then in less than an hour after that he was here and in and out in five mins. Fantastic service thank you!
