Great support too
I bought this app a while ago, was between therapists (long story) but didn't use it consistently. My new therapist gave me paper forms and I don't do paper if I can avoid it, so went to fire up iCBT and couldn't remember the password.
I contacted Bonfire and got an almost immediate response, we are in different time zones, and was able to reset my password, it did delete all old data but I appreciate that as it means my data stays secure if the iPad is ever lost or stolen.
iCBT does everything my therapist wants, plus I could email through my data so he has a record, in my exact words. I don't have to carry, file or manage a heap of paper records, everything is in one spot and backed up when I back up my iPad.
I need this to be as easy as possible and iCBT is doing hat for me.
I'm a psych working mostly in schools. Love this! Wouldn't mind adding a behavior section after situation, feeling, thoughts ( eg "I did...")' but I appreciate it keeps it simple and as quick and easy as possible. If your clients have iPhones or iPads - get them to get this (or moodkit) - excellent supplement for facilitating good quality homework!
Beautiful Interface Update
For people undertaking CBT this app will prove very helpful. It has everything you need and nothing you don't. It's simple, to the point and intuitive.
The most recent update has greatly improved the look and ease of use of this app.
Looking around in the App store I could find no other app that could match this apps functions and very direct relevance to cognitive behavioral therapy principles.
So if you really want an app for monitoring your CBT progress, iCBT is really the only decent option.
