Praise for Lifeline:

“This is the best game on the Apple Watch.” – Time.com

“I’ve played many games that I find engrossing, but Lifeline may be one of the first that changed the way I thought about my daily routine, which leapt off the screen and became a part of my lived experience.” - Eli Cymet, Gamezebo

“For a few brief hours I cared – really cared – about the fate of a completely fictional character. I don’t think any other game I’ve played has made me feel that way before.” - Matt Thrower, PocketGamer

Editors' Notes

The Lifeline series of innovative, interactive text adventures gets creepier—and much colder—with Whiteout. The twisting plot in this chilling new chapter is as vivid and captivating as ever—and rash choices can have especially deadly outcomes if you don't weigh your options carefully. It’s tense, fast-paced fiction in perfect bite-sized servings.

10/10! This game is absolutely incredible. When I first saw this game I thought it would be like any other game, you talk to someone, help them and then forget about it and move onto a new game. But after playing it, I now know that this game is one of the best games I've ever played. Lifeline has made me experience so many emotions, and that's a quality a lot of games are lacking. I like that you can change a decision to keep your character living longer and every decision you make has a consequence whether good or bad. The first time I finished this game, I stayed up all night because I couldn't put it down, I wanted to know what should happen next, so I played it for 24 hours. I'm 15 yrs old and I know this will sound unimportant and expected from a kid but this game has made me experience incredible amounts of emotion and adrenaline and I can't wait to see what's going to happen in the next game!

SPOILERS BELOW

Lifeline Whiteout is amazing. Even more amazing than the original if I'm being honest. It involves you emotionally and keeps you interested. If this was by anyone else I would kill him off for fun. But this game is so well written, I was doing everything I could from him. Even though Blue died and other tragic events happened, I had to keep going. As if I couldn't leave him to die by himself in that empty tundra after all his losses. The end was perhaps the best bit of all. Not only did it require you to weigh up what you want and what's right for Adam's, but you had to think of him as different to you. This was helped by the friendship formed between the two of you and despite your differences, he deserved to be more than what he was created for. I couldn't have asked for a better ending than Adams riding away from the ruined complex on a hover car to the life he can now build for himself.
