an unexpected twist (edit of a previously negative review)
unexpectedly, all of the problems i listed in my original review (below) have seemingly been fixed in a recent update. it’s as if i simply had the worst luck ever for a few weeks and as soon as i ported my account over to a new device everything changed for the better. i don’t really trust that it was simply bad luck on my part but i suppose time will tell. hopefully this means that the devs listened to the complaints and fixed things
this game has gotten significantly harder in the last update and i am now spending in-game cash faster than i can make it, the random cards are stacked way more negatively than they used to be and the new hazards make the game way harder to play without making in-app purchases. it is pretty clear that this has happened to try and force players to make in-app purchases but all it is doing is driving people away. i like this game and i want to see it returned to how it was.
Great game
Love this game and play it every day. Very challenging and frustrating at times which is all good. The only issue I am facing lately is watching an add to get say a Midas club the add stops playing and the only way to get it to go again is close the game back to main screen and open it again and keep doing that until the add ends. This becomes extremely frustrating. Please fix.
Used to be fun
I’ve played this game for years and it used to be really fun but lately it has just become a complete joke. So many ads that are unskippable and take over 45 seconds to get through, plus all the ads have fake X buttons that take you to the App Store instead of closing the ad. Almost impossible to win a level without using coins, have to restart over and over again to get through a course but as soon as you spend coins you get a perfect score. Has just become scammy and a waste of time. I hope the developers see how many people are frustrated by their game but something tells me they’re getting too much money to care. Absolutely shameful when games are developed this way.
