Worst Support App Ever Used
I cannot fathom how a company (who's main business is internet based technology) can design and run such a terrible app.... It is slower than a turtle poo and is about as user friendly as a barbed-wire buttplug. Wading my way through page after page to find either of the only 3 functions I will ever need to use is sooo painful that I regularly contemplate ceasing to be your customer.... Sort it out, it's absolute rubbish.... Even the most basic 1 page site with 5 sodding options would be more user friendly!
Shows correct data, but has issues
I have home 'phone, broadband and 4 mobiles linked to my account.
The good news is that it provides a simple view of the status of all my services in one location.
The bad news is that, on my iPhone 6 Plus, the page items that are off screen when the page is drawn are shown seriously scrambled when I scroll to them. If I tap the specific service to display the details and then tap Back, the content is shown properly. However, scroll down again and what is shown is all messed up.
You can get to see everything, but not without having to tap in and out of the individual service details screens.
As a new iiNet customer this app has worked as expected as soon as my services were activated. I am noticing that Freezone Data is also being included with the metered data graph, which means it's being displayed twice, when looking at the hourly usage for on-net ADSL but the daily total usage is accurate.
