Great app!

Exactly what I was after. Once you figure it all out and set up your intervals it's so easy to use with smooth transitions between intervals. I love that you can change the colours and buzzer sounds too and be able to add warmup/cool down to your interval. I use this app for when I'm doing a HIIT cardio session on the bike etc so one suggestion would be an option to add notes maybe after a session is complete so you can compare if you are improving.


I love this app. I use it for interval training and also restorative yoga. The only thing I would love more is if it offered a soft gong sound that's more conducive to yoga. All the chimes are either long winded (crickets and wind chimes) or a bit electronic. But it's free so no complaints just that one suggestion to make the app even more awesome!

Great app

So easy to design flexible workouts and easy to use. Love the whole screen colour function which makes it easy to tell where you're up to in the circuit from a distance.
