I love this game but

I want to choose "challenge" to play level 76 but nothing comes up. It's like the only way I can unlock it is either through Facebook or in app purchase...

Annoying Ads

The game itself is a great time passer and entertaining but the ads make me wanna poke my eyes out and actually make me shut the game down out of spite. Is there anyway to pay to disable them???? Erggghh.....
