Decent but room for improvement

This review is based on the app’s performance and navigation on iPhone X.

The navigation and control buttons at the top is just too high and almost overlaps the info bar/ notches on the iPhone X (as in the iOS battery, time, etc). The menu list is also quite small for touch navigation. The app generally lags and on first go was unresponsive once I clicked into ‘stories’ and tried to go back into ‘moments’. However, seemed like just a glitch.

I like the ability to observe my child’s day and easily save photos.

Good App. But can have more features.

It works fine for me with my iPhone X and my iPad.

The previous childcare and the one my kid is in now, both use KeptMe. The reports and photos are different. I like how the current childcare use it better. Not sure how to let the previous childcare centre knows how to set this up this way.

I like it. Hope it has extra features like sending notice to the centre.

Poor quality, unreliable notifications, continuously pitching Hi-res upgrade

Outbreak Monkey

I don’t like it. Don’t get me wrong it’s tempting to give five stars because when you see pics of your kid you think “awesome”. But from an App quality and usability point of view I think this is very lacking.

The only reason I’m forced to use it is that my daycare has decided on this photo sharing platform.

The photo quality is low and every click on a picture is enticing me to upgrade to their paid monthly service.

Notifications are often phantom or very delayed. I’ve had photos and messages take over a week to arrive (so really there’s no point using it). I initially checked many times a day to see if there had been an update - now I don’t bother.

I don’t feel like there is a focus on quality. I’m lobbying my daycare to find another solution.

Good luck keptme, but if you don’t lift your game, I don’t think schools or users will tolerate this for for long.
