What a waste of time
Getting on to use of the app is time-consuming in a world n time when we are time-poor.
When working on the applications, time should be taken to make it as seamless as possible. If you can send me an email, it means that my records are known to you. Why, then again ask for for my membership no and password. Frankly I don’t remember my membership number cos everything is stored on the phone.

Don’t bother if you want to earn miles
SQ make it difficult to earn and transfer mikes with everything they do. With this app you need to click on the payment acknowledgment within 7 days to transfer the $ you spend to krisflyer miles. This is on top of all their other non-customer centric functions ie. expiring miles, inability to transfer miles to family etc. krisflyer is a waste and so is this app.
