Awesome app but has a few bugs

Content of the app is great. It’s awesome as an instructor to have everything I need on once device and not have to cart around multiple CDs and chore books all the time like back in the day. I do seem to get a lot of issues with it freezing though and there’s many times where I can’t access the videos at all. A lot of instructors like myself rely on the app now so when I can’t access the track I want or music I need it’s stressful esp if preparing for a class that day. There’s a couple of releases where it won’t let me skip to a particular track and just freezes up every time. If it weren’t for that I’d give it a 5 but until these bugs are fixed I have to give it a solid 3 for now.

Omg!!!...love this app and obviously my phone is my life as I move around to various gyms a week and it holds all my choreography...worked fine for 1st year no probs....but recently for some reason the app has been locking me out!...incorrect password & when I go to create password it doesn’t send me a code...I’ve had the password reset by head office a hundred times ...I’ve deleted the app and re-downloaded...I’ve asked apple technichians...SOS!!!...Jimi⚠️⁉️⚠️😩

Constantly crashing and causing to reinstall

Hello team,

I am finding that the content within the app is on point however I am also noticing that the app it self is constantly freezing and shutting down on my device as well as when I flip the screen the picture all goes to one side.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app several times and i along with other instructors is finding it hard to learn the choreography for our programs with the club launches on two weeks away.
