Description
All the Lightopuses in the Abyss were killed and their remaining young captured by the monsters of the Abyss. You are the only Lightopus alive, a species on the brink of extinction. Your mission is to rescue the young Lightopus and free them from the Abyss monsters' seal-zones.

Lovely
It's an interesting game with unusual subjectives, all the more original. The controls are sometimes hard to navigate but the design and colours of the backgrounds and sound beautifully overshadow that.
Not worth getting
Feels like a game made by a high schooler. Art style is nice but UI isn’t very good and textures are outdated.
Biggest downside is the actually gameplay, all it is is turning around on a Petri dish and turning is the most infuriating part.
Beautiful and addictive!
This is a beautiful game visually, with its neon colours and semi-abstract design. Are you playing a sea creature swooshing through the ocean? Or maybe an alien zooming through glowy dimensions, or perhaps a microscopic critter zipping around through water droplets trying to escape hungry rotifers. It doesn't really matter. In any case, this is a lovely and addictive game that I find hard to put down. It reminds me a lot of a little web-based game called "Blush" - I'd be surprised if the developer of Lightopus didn't either work on Blush previously, or be very strongly influenced by it.
Anyway, great game! Much recommended.
