The clunkiest and most un-user friendly app I have used
With the amount of money Tatts Lotto make out of ordinary punters, u think they would have a serviceable app for us to use. No way. Finally, there have been updates, but do they always work? Of course not! After error message when trying to pay for the 2 items in my cart, I thought I would remove one item. That must be too hard for the developers, as there was no facility to do this. Had to close and reopen app to do new single transaction. A few hours later (I am obviously a glutton for punishment) thought I would finalise my second transaction. Got to the cart again - ready to pay. Then - of course - I had to log in again. Did the fingerprint access work? U guessed it - no way. So I had to enter my user name and password again - why app didn't tell me at beginning when I added new item to cart, I will never know. Then I thought 'oh I can do a subscription and reduce this angst in the future - what a good idea'. Of course the Subscription option I chose for the Set for life transaction in my cart came up with an error. I have finally managed to lodge 2 separate transactions tonight, but I won't thank Tatts Lotto for making the process easy for me. Get your act together! I have not bought your product recently because buying your products thru your app is easier said than done. I never go to newsagents, so either have to choose to be a tenacious customer or no customer at all.
More testing needed
Quite a buggy app and not very user friendly. Has locked me out for no valid reason a couple of times now, had to ring them to fix it, on hold 15mins+ person on phone couldn’t give an explanation just fixed it... suggestion for improvement beyond that, maybe put the log out button in a more obvious place, and get the app to automatically log a user out if not in use for like longer than 10 mins or whatever. It keeps you logged in, 2 days later you go back in let’s you pick a ticket in then crashes cause you haven’t been logged in for 2 days... I could go on for a week... get some testers already... also display details of the divisions somewhere ie how many numbers for a division... why do I have to search the pc website to find that out? That would be more useful than your find an outlet feature... I don’t need an outlet I have the app...etc

Now,when I want to write a new review,goes back to the above!Who wrote the app is a mendacious,muddled-minded moron and a fatuos fool-faced fink,it seems! It is apparently only now allowed to give info after ch7 gets it's ad $$$$$! And further,why after so many appalling reviews has not the ACCC been involved? Tatts???!!!😎And,why aren't winners notified as previous??? Now ages since I submitted that!-still not a reliable site!! Houston still has a problem!!! Hope those who are in charge realise that if the 'craft/mission' is not repaired,lots of tragic viewing of the failure on prime time.! I decided to try again,thinking that with the overwhelming negative reviews,perhaps some positive remedial action would be undertaken! NO! Really the 'official' site or should ASIC be involved for fraudulent behaviour? Waste of my/your time!!
