Long ago, a great Dragonmaster named Dyne, with the aid of his faithful companions, defended the goddess Althena from a terrible evil. Time has passed, and those great adventurers have become the stuff of legend, but the world of Lunar is now threatened by a shadowy figure known as the Magic Emperor. In a humble village, far removed from the turmoil, lives a young man named Alex. Idolizing the legendary Dyne, Alex dreams of one day becoming a renowned Dragonmaster and matching the achievements of his lifelong hero. Encouraged by his childhood friend Ramus, Alex sets out with his companion Nall and his adopted sister Luna on a seemingly trivial quest, unaware that it would prove to be the first step in an epic adventure whose outcome will determine the fate of the entire world.

Not bad but...
Please make the Japanese font size bigger!! At least just make it bold because I can barely read the text if I play it in portrait mode. Even in landscape mode both the text and outline are so thin that it really strains my eyes to read it. Please fix this, thank you.
Great but needs patching
I’m about 3 hours in and the sides of my screen are clipped and missing slightly also can’t rotate to wide from game pad mode either. iPhone 8, and I think some of the translations even if it was from a port are…. Questionable and could have used a touch up. But cutscenes are cool, story is okay but generic and cringe but that’s your rpg trope of that era. Tons of work went into the dialog lots of extra banter between characters when you talk to everyone even some npcs giving multiple lines of dialog for repeat speaking
Nostalgic gaming
I'm very happy to see Lunar Legend has been made available on the iOS store. The movement controls can sometimes be frustrating to maneuver, but because I so adore the story I don't want the developers to be discouraged with a lower rating.
I do wonder if the devs plan to port any of the other games from the Lunar franchise. I hope so!
