Unable to transfer funds between accounts


For the last 2-3 weeks I haven't been able to transfer funds between my ME accounts. I've never had any issues doing this in the past and definitely haven't changed any "settings" that I'm aware of.
I've now been having to log into the full site to transfer money, which has worked fine... just now seems pointless having the app on my phone.

Good bank, mediocre app


I’ve only been with them for a short while, but ME Bank seem like a really good bank. This app, however, is quite bad. It’s slow, clunky, badly designed and does the frustrating “lock” thing when you navigate away from it for a second. I hope it improves. For instance placing a time out function, rather than instant lock would be good and allow users to copy and paste info between apps and ME Bank.

I only stay because the cards are pretty.


App has been moving solidly backwards for a year now. It's getting unusable slow, often takes numerous attempts to even login. Transferred cash from OSA won't appear in destination account until you close the app and login again. And ME continues the same old scripted responses on social media about how they're working on it. Clearly no accountability within the bank for the app, otherwise it would've improved by now.
