But you need to put on Nutella sandwich. I'm in the dark here.
It's a good app that gives you an idea how long you need to be exercising to burn off certain foods.
You don't need need to burn off everything you eat, just exercise and eat mostly healthy.
You can burn off all the junk food once you get over that disgusting feeling it gives you when you try to exercise, but it won't give any nutritional benefit. Maybe add a tips section. If you really want to encourage people to be healthier they need to start by putting healthy things in their body.
And please add just one white bread sandwhich.
Not entirely realistic
I downloaded this app thinking it would benefit my health and improve my lifestyle but I am disappointed.
It is not entirely realistic. For example, it takes a person 7 hours and 24 minutes of moderate intimate activity to burn off a small burger, chips and fries. I asked my friends, and none of them think they would be capable of performing for this long. Is that weird or have other people thought the same thing?
Although it has provided us with many laughs, who is going to argue animatedly for 5 hours and 7 minutes to burn off a serving of carbonara? I'd rather eat 7 marshmallows (which in what world is equivalent to 7 Servings???) and run for a mere 15 minutes to burn it off. And don't get me started on standing still to work off your serving of broccoli.
I expected more from a Medibank app. Think I might switch to MBF.
Amusing and Informative. Keep developing, please!
Having a laugh - I would have to walk for 8 hours to burn off 24 stubbies heavies! lol Hopefully over time more options will be added, ie I have soy (low fat, low sugar) in my flat white, but there's no listing. Perhaps an option to select ingredient combos? Also what constitutes "a serve" of pasta? It's a great app to give an indication of how much work is required to match your input. I'm looking forward to updates.
