Best Meeting App Out There!

Seriously, this app rocks! It is the only one I've found that actually helps to manage meeting, minutes and agendas, all in one. Plus the ability to record, draw, add photos, manage attendees and format what you're writing.

Yes, there are a few bugs (show me one that has none) but the support team is great, quick to respond and super helpful.

Oh yeah, you can select a word, touch a button and the sentence becomes an action in your calendar, or you can assign it to one of the attendees or someone else. And then at the end of the meeting you can check all of the actions, or you can pull up the actions at the next meeting to confirm which had, or had not been, addressed in between.

You can also pull up a list of ALL actions that have been collected for all meeting, and see if your keeping up.

I could go on and on but I think that touches on the main points, hope this helps and hope you get the most out of the app!

Oh yeah, almost forgot, at the end of the meeting you can send out the minutes, before you've even left the room and the actions rom the meeting show up HIGHLIGHTED IN RED at the top (yes from you iPad mail!) and all attendees are automatically added to the distribution list.

Awesome, excellent, brilliant, superlative, highly productive, plus whatever other adjectives you might like to use.

A Must Have

Craig Cocker

I am slowly working towards working solely off my ipad and only using laptop where absolutely necessary.

This app is the latest in my toolkit, and it is a great addition.

Why hasn't someone done this earlier, it is a very well thought out program and it works very well.

Some cool features: -

1. Seating plan for those of us that are visual and have trouble remembering names.

2. Generate e-mail's to all people with outstanding actions at the tap of a button.

3. Generate minutes to the meeting completed with attendees, absences, agenda, actions and notes.

4. Automatically imports your meetings from calendar, ready for the meeting. Includes all the attendees automatically from the e-mail invitees and you can add additional people if you need to.

If you don't put notes in it removes the meeting automatically. This is a really cool feature and it works.

The biggest winner of all is the amount of time you save by completing minutes whilst your in a meeting and sending out immediately or spend a few minutes later in the day refining minutes and sending.

The support (so often missing with lots of apps) is very quick and very responsive.

Anyone that hates doing minutes and especially people in roles that need to do a lot of minutes should buy this app. You will not regret it.

If u r looking for an application to make minute taking or agendas easier, this isn't the app for u

The navigation is extremely unfriendly and confusing. Agendas and minutes are independent of each other, so your minutes wont be in sequence unless you have the agenda on a Piece of paper which defeats the purpose of going paperless. There are no templates to make the blank Agenda or minutes more user friendly. You are basically typing your agenda, minutes and actions into a blank page which then produces the forms after ... So ur kinda working blind. If u r looking for an application to make minute taking or agendas easier, this isn't the app for u. Developers need to get back to the drawing board on this.
