Ratings and Reviews
Stops aren’t accurate eg the stops near my house are mixed up and show some buses for the stop across the street, so I have to check a few different stops to find the next bus. Tried to send feedback but it says I need to have entered an email address but can’t find any place to do that? Also the app gives me directions to my “nearest” bus stop by telling me to walk through government owned land plastered with no trespassing signs. Legally, this is not my nearest bus stop!
Edit: what is up with battery usage on this app? It literally drains right before your eyes as you are using it and continues to drain while in the background.
Edit again after getting a developers response to send feedback. In my review I clearly stated that I tried to send feedback but it doesn’t work. How about you get the feedback part working at least and then I can message you about the rest of what doesn’t work. When you click to send feedback a message comes up telling me to enter an email address with no place to enter an email address. It does not allow me to send feedback.

Useful but could be better
I find this to be accurate and useful when planning my fastest route home. I live near a bus stop, train station and tram stop and have found the app generally accurate for all three types of transport. Main complaint would be that there aren’t real time updates on delays. For example I was waiting for a tram for thirty minutes at a time when there should have been a tram every 8 minutes in peak hour. The app didn’t list the delay in service interruptions (there had been a car crash on the tracks further down the route) and it kept telling me that the tram was five minutes out. These types of alert should pop up on the app so commuters can choose alternatives if available. Besides this, it is a very useful app
Frustrating and not easy to use
Why can’t you simply have a list with start and finish locations. Google does it better!
If I’m going from Noarlunga station to Adelaide Showgrounds. I want to put in the start and finish locations and have the app tell me when the trains leave the destination and when they arrive. Yes, I like how you can set either the set off time or arrive time.
Or how about having it so you can select the start and finish locations on a map and the routes and times are shown.
Also, if I select a journey. I have to start it to look through the itinerary. Why is it not a simple list with start and finish times. Maybe have it so you can touch parts of the route on the map and it will flash up the start, duration and finish details
