Wonderful app for pregnant and new mothers

I loved using this app for mindfulness meditation sessions during my pregnancy. The sessions are short enough to make sure you can actually fit them in before work or before bed. Now with my baby here, I have to try harder to keep doing them, but whenever I do it is worthwhile! The Australian accents are nice. I have kept coming back to repeat a few sessions that I found particularly helpful and relevant to me. I've recommended it to many other mums.

Can't recommend this highly enough

Thank you so much beyond blue. Such a great choice using Carrie Bickmore for most of the meditations, she has a beautiful calming voice. I first downloaded this app because I found it difficult to relax and get back to sleep after getting up to my baby during the night. It helped so much and to be honest I often still use it to help me go to sleep at night (I know that's not the intention, but whatever works hey?!) thanks again

Exactly what I needed

Could not recommend this app more. It is helping my brain and body find space and calm while having a 4 month old and a 2.5 year old. The sessions are short enough that you can't talk yourself out of doing them by saying you have no time. The shortest one is 3 mins! Very achievable for a busy mum. Thank you for making this!
