Great mind awareness

Love this app. This is the only program that I have found that actually helps me relax and tune in to my mindfulness. The only negative thing that I would say about this app, is that it does not sync your program to more that one device. Other than that, I would highly recommend it.

Great app!

I've tried a few different mindfulness apps but this one is by far the best.

I love the check in and pause features and for the first time I feel as though mindfulness is a welcome part of my routine rather than intruding on my day. Highly recommend.

So far so good

I've been using the app for about a week now and the basic mediations are great for slowing things down quickly outside of a busy life. Will have to keep using longer term to see the full benefits, but so far I've enjoyed it.
