miTypewriter for iPad 4+

I love this app. The concept is brilliant - there's nothing quite like the sound and feeling of an old, traditional typewriter - and this app achieves that. Would I buy it again? Yes. But there are things I'd recommend be improved:

1. Needs the ability to scroll up/down to areas that have already been typed on the page. (like rotating the drum on a real typewriter). This is critical. Ideally, I'd want to be able to type-over or correct there as well.

2. Needs the ability to view more of the page at once. I'd suggest that the typewriter drop down from view so that only its top is visible, but most (or all) of the sheet comes into view.

3. Needs to accommodate more than one page. This is important.

4. Would be much better if exporting to email would bring along the font as well. Exporting to an image file is impractical.

5. Printing would be very beneficial.

Nice to have features:

a. Change skins, say IBM Selectric

b. More characters that are missing. eg. There's no equal '=' key.

Nevertheless, a terrific start to an app that has lots of potential. If you're typing only a page or so, it's a nice way to do it.

I love this app, just used it to type place names etc for my travel journal, just replaced the white paper in the printer to more of a taupe colour and cut them into strips.
I bought a similar app which was like 4 times as much and didn't work at all well.
I would like to make a couple of suggestions to the makers: additional type options would be great for example much larger letters.
The second suggestion would be colored ink choices,i would love to use black paper and have the print in white for scrapbooking etc.
I will also add that the sound is just lovely, it's kind of calming !! And the bar to bring it back for the next line plus manually moving the roller? To make the spaces wider if needed, very nostalgic

Fantastico! Worth having if only for the great sound it makes. Leaves all the keyboard and type options out and simply writes like Hemmingway did. I hope to see in a future upgrade a Pythonesque hand reaching down to rip the paper from the typewriter, screw it up and toss it in the waste paper basket ( no recycling here). A small speaker plugged in and everyone for a block around knows you're at your desk; do not disturb!
(Guys... A space between mi and Typewriter (not one word) and people will find you).
