What's New in Version 1.2.64
Hey MONOPOLY fans! We've made some behind-the-scenes updates to the game. Thanks for playing.
Not rigged, but sometimes too easy
The game is easily the best computer-based monopoly I have played. Many unofficial house rules including the infamous "free parking jackpot" rule are available too, if you like. I wish that the street names could be changed to other country versions, and that a max of 8 players was possible.
The game is not rigged, but perhaps the AI is weak when it tries to trade property (It needs to simulate obstinate players who refuse to let you have a monopoly on a color group!). Monopoly has a playing strategy that you can read up on the internet, and with this I can beat the game more often than not against 4 AI on the hardest level. There is always an element of luck when playing the odds though, so winning is not always a slam dunk. Any AI improvements for pros like me would be welcome! The third pro dice would be a nice feature addition too, in addition to more alternate rulesets. Also being able to permanently speed the game up without having to keep pressing the green arrow button on the right of the screen would be most welcome. In this version there are some graphic bugs on the auction screen (monopoly man missing, color ownership boxes misaligned), so it needs fixing. I'm in iOS8 with an iPhone5.
Love it but please fix ASAP!!
Bought it, love it, have played it non stop - but this current version won't even load! Literally crashes the second I click on it.
I downloaded the free version to get my fix - complete rubbish with ads etc - just waiting patiently for you guys to fix this!!!
Also - please make the board so you can choose the version.. I prefer the uk board, not the U.S. Version.. I mean where the hell is Boardwalk? Yet - everyone in australia knows exactly what "Mayfair" is!
Hurry up and fix it already - it's been months!
English Street Names Please
The American street names are so alien to those who have grown up playing the English version. A change to properties and a few community chest cards is surely not that difficult for us Australian users. Further, having an option to have the game played at fast forward all of the time would make the game better. One final thing would be for the user to be able to save their preferred game changes. Eg hard and taxes turned on when landing on free parking
