Good App with Room for Improvement
So on the whim of a finished blog article mentioning Mood Panda I thought to give it a go and see how it works. I found it easy to navigate, simple to use and really cool when others commented on my mood updates. But if I was to make some extra suggestions I think the app would benefit from creating a broader spectrum of moods, not just happy and sad (maybe adding other moods ie. angry, confused, anxious) to give a more concise entry. Also with a diary comes remembering to enter into it, I had to program my iPhones alarm in three separate times to remember to enter in the Mood Panda, maybe it could have an automated reminder built into the app itself. All in all though this app is really cool, it has potential, now all that's needed it to tap into it and give it more for us to like.
Easy to use.
I really like this app. It only takes a few seconds to update your mood and the graphs are very simple to read. I find that it's a great tool for keeping track of my bipolar.
Downsides - you need an internet connection for it to work and I would like to see a week long graph, rather than it jumping from 24 hours to 30 days.
This app is good for looking at your moods from a statistical point of view. But the layout is so basic, the whole app has so much more that could be done with it. Eg smiley (or frowny) faces to depict moods, better layout to be more visually appealing.. This app has a lot of potential, hopefully something more is done with it, or a better one is created!
