Best App EVER
I love my mumafit app! It's like having a personal trainer for a tiny fraction of the price! I am a first time mum so I mainly focus on the post natal aspect of the app. I have been so grateful for the guidance, tips and exercises offered. They are specifically designed to help post natal mumas ease back into shape by working on strength, toning and core support. My favourite is the prameter which tracks and times all my pram outings. The personalised profile is fantastic at keeping track of your measurements. I love looking at the kilos and cm shifting after each week. Great way of staying motivated! Highly recommended for any expectant or new mumas:) I can't wait to use it through my next pregnancy! Go mumafit!
'Me' time made easy
This app has been fabulous as a first time mum, desperate to regain fitness and some semblance of shape (albeit a new one!). Being time poor means I need to be organised, and this is great for short bursts of exercise that I can fit in around my bub's routine. It's so easy to use, and I will definitely use it for any future pregnancies.
I have been following the blog for a few months now and am so excited to see the app is finally put! The app is so easy to use with great advice for all stages of my pregnancy - really looking forward to using it to stay fit and healthy for my remaining 7 months!
