Needs more

Easy basic app - but with the data column, it needs an extra column for ‘since last record’ so you can see changes in a week. Not, just since starting.

Needs a calendar

Seems like a great app but needs to have a calendar feature so you can add previous measurements. Should be able to choose when day one starts and not only by the day you first use the app.
