The free My Child's eHealth Record app is a simple way of keeping track of your child’s health information, development and immunisations – all in the one place.
If you are an Australian healthcare consumer and a parent of a child (or children) aged 14 or under, this app gives you access to your child’s personally controlled electronic health (eHealth) record.
This app is not a replacement for children’s health records held by their medical and health care providers.
Before you use this app, sign in with your MyGov account and set up access to your children’s eHealth records. Do this from a computer.
Go to ehealth.gov.au or phone us on the free 24 hour Helpline on 1800 723 471. (Call charges apply to mobile phones).

Good, better if there is an update
The app is good generally but it seems not being updated for years.
Rubbish now
This used to be a decent app but now it seems to have been rebuilt similar, with nothing new and way worse quality. Things are broken all over the place. I also can't log in with my email despite that being the norm for MyGov now as it will only let me enter so many characters.
Infuriating
It's ridiculous that every time there is an update to the app you have to go back and log in via MyGov. I have set my PIN that many times but can never use it because it always asks for my MyGov number! Way to deter users!
