Terrible
terrible, no notification for received documents or processing updates, wasnt advised I would be sent a cheque, wasn't prompted to check you had the correct address or banking details, medical services team unable to access app. You’re better off not using it at all as it only makes things more difficult.
Great features
So much easier to be able to take photos of my receipts on my phone and upload it to the app. I can also see who is looking after my claim, so I know who to call. I also updated my email when I had to make a new one.
Blank screen after I pressed the login button
After I pressed the login button, the app directs to another website, but the website is a blank screen.
