Live match videos are only available to users in Australia .
Subscriptions purchased within the app will be charged to the customer’s iTunes account at confirmation of purchase.
All subscriptions (either weekly, monthly or annually) will automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period.
Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user's iTunes Account Settings after purchase. No cancellation of the current subscription is allowed during the active subscription period.
Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription.
When you subscribe to the My Football Live Weekly, Monthly or Annual Pass, you agree, as the relevant mobile service account holder, to Telstra and its related bodies corporate collecting and using the location of your mobile handset to provide you with game coverage.

Ratings and Reviews
No casting capability
App has improved since its original release but there’s still no video casting capability. Chromecast and AirPlay are par for the course for streaming apps these days but missing from this app.
There also seems to be no way to watch a delayed stream of the game. Other apps ask if you want to watch from the beginning or LIVE. However on this app there’s only a LIVE option or you have to wait til the game is over to catch up.
If I’m honest I regret paying for the LIVE pass up front. Functionality just hasn’t been thought through enough.

Thank you for your feedback, we have listened and in the latest version of the app (3.9) you are now able to hide scores from a setting in the "More" menu. When turned on you will not see scores for live and completed matches. Hope you enjoy this feature.
Good when it works
Started off perfect, streaming matches and fast uploads of the goals scored. Unfortunately I haven’t been able to stream any match for over Two weeks now because of an “Authorization error 14” and the help you receive from their tech support is a copy and pasted reply (at least that’s what it seems since almost everyone received the exact same reply regardless of the question they asked about the error).
I recommend give it a go because when it works it is good but as soon as you hit this error just uninstall.
I’ve missed all or part of several games now because streams refuse to load and an error message saying “authorisation error 14” pops up. Problem occurs on both iPhone and iPad (same account on both)and deleting and reinstalling the app doesn’t fix it. Very frustrating
ETA: the problem most commonly occurs if I close the video and reload it (like at half time for example) or if I switch to a second game immediately after the end of a previous one. Also once it occurs it usually won’t start working again for the rest of the match

Apologies for the inconvenience. We had encountered a widespread issue during the match last night and the team tried their best to fix it during the match but it took a little longer than expected. Good news is that the issue has been resolved and we are putting in place measures to ensure this does not happen again.
I am interested to understand more as you have stated this has occurred in previous weeks, is this correct? When getting that error code after a while does it shut you out of the match or are you able to watch the match after some time.
Any extra details you can provide will help us troubleshoot the issue further.
