Live match videos are only available to users in Australia .

Subscriptions purchased within the app will be charged to the customer’s iTunes account at confirmation of purchase.

All subscriptions (either weekly, monthly or annually) will automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period.

Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user's iTunes Account Settings after purchase. No cancellation of the current subscription is allowed during the active subscription period.

Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription.

When you subscribe to the My Football Live Weekly, Monthly or Annual Pass, you agree, as the relevant mobile service account holder, to Telstra and its related bodies corporate collecting and using the location of your mobile handset to provide you with game coverage.

Screen size restrictions apply for live match videos as vision produced by the broadcasters is currently filmed in 16:9 ratio. This may appear full screen on your device, provided it is 7 inches or less, or may cause black borders at the top and bottom of your screen.

Waste of money

Would give this zero stars but unfortunately not an option! Why would you pay $99 to watch all the matches in 7” size??? Even if you have a full size iPad it will still play in small size and who can enjoy watching ALL live matches at that size? Glad I read the fine print first and had my friend show me on their iPad with their free Telstra pass how useless it would have been for me to actually hand over money for this.


Problems fixed

I had a problem with logging in using my Telstra ID but I just tried it now and I could activate the app! Hopefully it'll work over the weekend. Thanks to whoever fixed this!

Apologies that you are experiencing this issue. Confirming are you able to now redeem your Telstra Sports Pass? Or are you still getting that error message? When first trying to setup, was this via tapping on the button "Free for Telstra mobile customers"? Is there any other information you can provide that will help us troubleshoot this further?


Data Free?

Doesn’t the app say that Telstra customers get to watch game live and data-free? I am unhappy that I have a plan with Telstra, and yet I have to use 1 gigabyte of data to watch 20 minutes of football?

If you want to not falsely advertise, actually let TELSTRA Customers watch football Data-Free when not connected to Wi-Fi...

Hi there, Looking into your case and we just had our networks team run some tests on our end and they confirmed that watching live video is indeed data-free for Telstra customers when on the mobile network. Can you confirm if you are a Telstra mobile customer? Note that the data free is only when on the mobile network, can you confirm you were not on wifi? Were there any other apps running in the background that may have been using data? Any other information you provide will help us troubleshoot this issue further.
