With a great new design and features being added all of the time, My Vodafone is crucial to getting the most out of your Vodafone service.
In a few clicks you can check your data usage, view billing dates and make payments. You can also recharge your prepaid service, get an Add-on, activate international roaming and get help with your account.

The features of the app are subject to change. The app is free but download charges apply. Non Vodafone customers can download the app however data charges will apply as per your plan rate. When accessing the app overseas, international roaming charges will apply. When on Wi-Fi, My Vodafone may not continuously update if you’ve logged out of the app.

Terrible - don’t go with Vodafone, use another provider
App does not allow access to linked accounts and is showing system error, multiple calls to Vodafone have not resolved the issue despite them saying it is resolved each time I call. They’ve also said data checking is not available on weekends, agree with other reviews, terrible app and I’m also considering paying the penalty to end the contract on both phones early so I can get away from Vodafone and go to prepaid - at least you know where you stand each month with prepaid and do t get a surprise huge bill each month cos u can’t check your data usage and ha e no idea how much you’ve used until you go over!
Most useless app!
This app is so useless it’s actually ridiculous!! Apparently Vodafone hasn’t learnt from the last time everyone left them for a better telephone service! In today’s day and age you would think a simple app would be the easiest thing to provide your customers. I’m never able to access the app if my phone is on WiFi and lately even on 4G all I get is the background screen of happy people smiling and looking at a phone..so no information is shown at all.
Maybe listen to your customers for once, get your s#*t together and provide your customers with a working app before they all leave you again!
Does not work
Get oops something went wrong error. Can’t access texts for device to get password as it’s a sim only wifi device. Used to be able to check data when connected via wifi. Now asks to log in and finally after figuring out how to access texts get oops errors and it just goes crazy with app and does not work. I have children and need to monitor usage as they can chew through 60gig in a day if unchecked. I only find out because I get email saying you have used 50% of your data. All I want is to be able to check data usage over wifi and this app does not work
