In a few clicks you can check your data usage, view billing dates and make payments. You can also recharge your prepaid service, get an Add-on, activate international roaming and get help with your account.

The features of the app are subject to change. The app is free but download charges apply. Non Vodafone customers can download the app however data charges will apply as per your plan rate. When accessing the app overseas, international roaming charges will apply. When on Wi-Fi, My Vodafone may not continuously update if you’ve logged out of the app.

Outdated app with connection issues
I am using this app on an iPhone 7+.
This app is not optimised for newer plus sized phones (6,6+,6s,6s+,7,7+,8,8+), takes a long time to load, and has connection issues regularly even when I am in good signal.
When it does occasionally work it has most of the information you need though.
EDIT: as of edit they have updated it for newer phones. I have not been able to log in for a couple of weeks now though. Hopefully they fix that
Doesn’t work properly
Hey Vodafone, please fix this app, the data indication wheel shows no data usage, when you get to the detailed usage section it show data used??? What is right??? They do not match up. Please fix this as it’s kind of important to know how much you have used. Take a look at Telstra 24x7 app this is way way way better. This Vodafone app has not worked right for ages.....please fix, as a loyal long term customer I think having a basic thing like this working right is not too much to ask.....
End of billing cycle
My husband and I both have plans with Vodafone and have both noticed a trend with being able to 1. Log in and check on data usage and 2. Major delays in notifications about data usage (today within 10mins I was charged 3 data boosters!); both happening towards the end of the billing cycle. I have raised this with Vodafone multiple times and still the system has not been fixed. If you experience the same problems please refer this to the telecommunications ombudsman.
