With a great new design and features being added all of the time, My Vodafone is crucial to getting the most out of your Vodafone service.
In a few clicks you can check your data usage, view billing dates and make payments. You can also recharge your prepaid service, get an Add-on, activate international roaming and get help with your account.

The features of the app are subject to change. The app is free but download charges apply. Non Vodafone customers can download the app however data charges will apply as per your plan rate. When accessing the app overseas, international roaming charges will apply. When on Wi-Fi, My Vodafone may not continuously update if you’ve logged out of the app.

More efficient navigation around the app for billing, account settings and data usage. We regularly release new features and functionality for the app. These features work best on the latest operating system for your device. For the latest version of My Vodafone, you’ll need to be on iOS8 or above.
Key points of mine which I found in others' reviews:
1. Slow and tacky to use beneath the thumb. When I tap something, too often I'm left wondering "what are you thinking about!?".
2. Failing to login while connected to wifi.
3. 18 hour lag time to reflect usage stats- this is far too long!
4. the non-symmetrical circle to gauge data use - needs to be more easily read to track data use in correlation to monthly progress, not hard to interpret so as to increase likelihood of buying data addons.
End of billing cycle
My husband and I both have plans with Vodafone and have both noticed a trend with being able to 1. Log in and check on data usage and 2. Major delays in notifications about data usage (today within 10mins I was charged 3 data boosters!); both happening towards the end of the billing cycle. I have raised this with Vodafone multiply times and still the system has not been fixed. If you experience the same problems please refer this to the telecommunications ombudsman.
This app has made me want to leave Vodafone to the point I’m considering paying the early leaving fee. I pay so much for data and I don’t mind that but when you don’t let me cap my plan I would like to me able to monitor my data and avoid you forcing me to add data at 10 a gig..... I bet if I was to question the hundreds of dollars in charges you would say “you went over your plan”, and I bet if I said well how could I have know that you would tell me “you can check at my Vodafone”.... well to this I say BS I can check.
