With a great new design and features being added all of the time, My Vodafone is crucial to getting the most out of your Vodafone service.
In a few clicks you can check your data usage, view billing dates and make payments. You can also recharge your prepaid service, get an Add-on, activate international roaming and get help with your account.
Below are some of the things our customers are regularly doing in My Vodafone. Be sure to look out for updates, as we regularly make My Vodafone even more central to your Vodafone experience.

The features of the app are subject to change. The app is free but download charges apply for downloading from the Google Play Store. Non Vodafone customers can download the app however data charges will apply as per your plan rate. When accessing the app overseas, international roaming charges will apply. When on Wi-Fi, My Vodafone may not continuously update if you’ve logged out of the app.

Less about the app, more about the underlying company... Trying to talk to someone in a call centre overseas who is completely incapable of relating or even listening to your problem is driving me crazy. Vodafone have continued to bill for a data add on from a previous contract - the call centre's solution: offer me a $40discount on this bill, which will then be added onto my next bill (ie, no refund at all!!). If you want to get ANYTHING done you will need to go INSTORE... and even then I wish you luck ;-)
Try AMAYSIM or ANY other provider - I'm going pay to break contract out of sheer frustration.
Good idea, still bugged
Generally the app is fine. I like to check our data usage regularly. But when I try to change to check a service other than mine, but still within the same account, it doesn't work. It just keeps showing me my usage. Very frustrating.
App is very outdated. They do updates but they're not very noticeable. If you consider the fact they've been selling the Plus versions of iPhones for a while, you would think they would at least scale it to that resolution - but they still haven't. Most often it will give error messages - no connection eventhough you do have connection to other items such as Facebook, or loss in server connection. Very poor app.
